SALT

SALT is a diverse partnership of community members, business owners, and agencies committed to working together to improve our quality of life in Sullivan County. Through information sharing, increased prevention efforts, and interagency collaboration, we seek to improve access to the services that empower us all to create lasting and positive changes in our community.

EASTERN PA TRANS EQUITY PROJECT

The Eastern PA Trans Equity Project is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering transgender Pennsylvanians located in Eastern Pennsylvania. We offer transgender legal name change services, support groups, financial aid services, and other programming.

Our transgender service programs are available to residents of thirty-three (33) Pennsylvania counties. These include Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike, Carbon, Columbia, Schuylkill, Bradford, Wyoming, Montour, Northumberland, Lebanon, Sullivan, Tioga, Susquehanna, Lycoming, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York County in Pennsylvania. Some counties have limited services available so please verify for the program you are interested in.

THE LOFT COMMUNITY CENTER

The LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center is a non-profit institution that serves the LGBTQ+ community of Westchester County, NY, and the Hudson Valley Region. Founded in 1983, The LOFT provides a broad range of services including in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, support groups, social activities, and special events such as Westchester Pride Hosted by The LOFT, The Hudson Valley TransForum, and the Trans Support of The Hudson Valley (TSHV) program, which supports and empowers Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, and Non-Binary (TGNCNB) communities.

Currently located at 252 Bryant Ave, White Plains, NY 10605, The LOFT continues to be a beacon of inclusion, advocacy, and community building for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies.

HUDSON VALLEY LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY CENTER

As a safe, supportive environment based in Kingston, New York, the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center provides services, programs, events, and professional resources to unite the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning community across lines of age, race, gender and economics. Since our founding in 2005, our purpose has been to strengthen, support, and celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals, families and groups in their efforts to achieve their fullest potential.

GENDER EQUALITY NEW YORK

Gender Equality New York, Inc. (GENY) is a statewide, incorporated non-profit whose mission is to support transgender, gender non-binary, and intersex (TGNBI) New Yorkers and their families. Our leadership group, made up of active community advocates, believes that justice and equality for this vulnerable community can only be won by an organization built by and of community members who bring their lived experiences and passions to spearhead this needed and important work. GENY is committed to gaining equal rights and ending discrimination as we work to achieve economic, educational, racial, and social equality for our communities. Our mission is to educate, advocate, connect, and empower in order to bring equality and justice across New York.

CATSKILLS PRIDE

What began as an informal group of full and part-time residents to create a welcoming and safe environment for the LGBTQIA+ community, has evolved into an organization that has an active voice in the broader Catskills and it's neighboring New York communities. Catskills Pride focuses on improving visibility and social support in areas such as: education, business, arts & entertainment and tourism.

NEPA Youth Shelter

The mission of the NEPA Youth Shelter is to provide quality emergency shelter and related services to unaccompanied youth ages 14 through high school graduation from all counties in NEPA. The Shelter will provide essentials such as food, clothing, and bathrooms, as well as services such as educational support, counseling, family reunification, and/or preparation for independent living. With a focus on social justice and advocacy, the Shelter will be welcoming to youth from all backgrounds and especially affirming to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) youth, as this population constitutes a high percentage of homeless youth in our area.

Sullivan 180 is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a healthy community through people, places, and policy, with an intentional focus on prevention and empowering a healthier generation. 

TRANSCENTRALPA

TransCentralPA is committed to providing advocacy and caring support for transgender and non-binary individuals, their significant others, families, friends and allies. TransCentralPA also provides gender education and information to businesses, organizations, educational institutions and governmental agencies.

Mazzoni Center has been the primary comprehensive LGBTQ+ health and wellness center in Philadelphia since 1979. Today, we serve over 15,000 patients per year, always in our safe, competent, and affirming environment.

ACR HEALTH

The Q Center at ACR Health The Q Center at ACR Health is a safe spaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth, their families, and allies to gather, share, and receive support. Q Center programming promotes equality, celebrates diversity, provides resources that cultivate pride and leadership skills, and strives to create a safe and inclusive community for all. Through our programs and services, we provide the guidance and support LGBTQ+ youth, young adults and their families need to thrive, and the foundation from which LGBTQ+ youth can succeed throughout their lives.
