Supporting, Educating & Empowering Trans Communities in NY & PA
Trans+ Support Initiative provides support, education, advocacy, and community connection for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals in Sullivan County, NY and Wayne County, PA.
Who we are
The Trans Support Initiative of Sullivan and Wayne Counties comprises people from all walks of life who are committed to addressing the need for gender-affirming safe spaces and support services for our Trans+ community members, their families, and friends.
Our mission is to fulfill this commitment by providing services, education, and advocacy. If you are interested in attending the Transgender support group, Transgender Family support group, or our monthly meeting, we’d love to hear from you.
